CLC has been providing design services for developers involved with the Marriott family of hotels for more than 10 years. Our projects have included full service work for the Courtyard, Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn brands.
The Phoenix Courtyard Southwest, featured here, was completed in 2008. CLC provided planning, entitlements, architecture and landscape architecture for this location. This full service hotel features a restaurant, conference rooms, gazebo, swimming pool and extensive landscaping.
