CLC provided their full complement of services for this 32,000 SF office and retail building in Riverdale, UT. In partnership with the contractor, CLC provided design services for the building, parking, street access, signage, landscape and retention facility. CLC also provided support for zoning and shared access hurdles.
The owner wanted a unique and recognizable development defining the city center for Riverdale, UT. CLC’s Planning and Architecture team worked to create a distinctive and versatile building to accommodate the needs of a wide range of uses including office, light medical, retail and restaurants. Unique façade materials such as green glass, copper, raw iron, stone and stucco were utilized in the design to make the project stand apart from the average commercial development. Distinctive architectural elements include a glass clock tower, exposed iron and steel, copper roof overbuilds, curves, angles and colored-and-stamped concrete. The building was designed to take advantage of the views of the mountains of the northern Wasatch Range, which are visible from the glass clock tower and commons area. |
