Southlands is a 276-acre master-planned, mixed-use project. In order to provide the appropriate environment, during the master planning phase, CLC's design team worked with urban block dimensions to create pedestrian and automobile-oriented settings. The team employed mixed-use and urban design principles, including paths, edges, nodes and focal points, to create districts that respond to and reflect the scale of each proposed use.

As Colorado's largest retail destination, the Southlands contains over 1.7 million square feet of retail, restaurants, entertainment, office space and multi-family units. This regional lifestyle center offers residents a great place to shop, dine and play.
