As part of the development of a new training facility for this National Football League team, CLC provided planning, civil engineering and land surveying services. The training facility includes an air-inflated sports bubble, the training facility building and two practice fields. Both of the practice fields incorporated prescription turf fields to minimize player injuries during team workouts.

As part of its work, CLC conducted sightline studies to properly position the field on the site so that it cannot be seen from any point outside of the complex. This was done to afford privacy and security to the team as it holds its outdoor practices.
