As Senior Principal and CEO, Robin is responsible for firm-wide leadership, direction and performance. She plays an active role in operations, business development and client relations. Under her leadership, CLC has experienced unprecedented growth and diversity in client base and markets served. Robin is proactive, strategic and committed to CLC’s employees and clientele alike.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the design industry, Robin has been involved in projects across the Western United States. She is able to see the big picture and brings a national perspective to the forefront. She has been involved in a myriad of different projects and has lived and worked in three of CLC’s four geographic locations.

Robin is an active member of several industry organizations, including ICSC, ULI, NAIOP and will serve on the board of her local YPO Chapter in 2011-2012.  She also serves on the Advisory Board for KIPP Colorado Schools.

With more than 21 years in the land development industry, Jim currently serves as President and Chief Operating Offer for CLC. In that capacity, he oversees several teams including Human Resources, Information Technology and Total Quality Management. Jim also supervises operations of the firm’s four regional offices in Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Washington.

Jim’s success and depth of experience comes from years of managing and effectively coordinating multiple complex projects. Clients, agencies and consultants consistently return because of his great energy, responsiveness, attention to detail, and his tenacity at uncovering needed information and providing solutions to complex problems. Over his career at CLC, Jim has been responsible for overseeing projects that include all design disciplines from the beginning entitlement phase through construction and project closeout.

As an active participant in the local and national industry organizations, Jim’s memberships include NAIOP, ALSA and ICSC. His prior service includes work with ICSC’s NextGen Group and the Rocky Mountain Idea Exchange Planning Committee. Jim is currently leading the mentoring program and Real Estate Challenge for ICSC.

Lloyd's depth of experience ranges from retail brokerage to general contracting, design services and real estate development. He has worked in and is familiar with all major markets across the Western United States.

Lloyd joined CLC in 2004 after utilizing the firm's services on a professional basis for many years. He currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Business Development where he oversees the firm's national accounts, Marketing and Business Development.

Susan brings vision, energy and a diverse background to CLC’s business development efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. She maintains a focus on high quality clients who develop mixed-use and commercial projects as well as retailers and developers who are active in roll-out programs.

Susan’s background includes two decades of service in economic development and she has been instrumental in guiding many national companies in making new investments in Colorado. Susan has participated in many notable developments that have occurred in metro Denver including the creation of Denver International Airport.

Susan is a community leader who currently serves on the boards of several organizations as well as being an active participant in NAIOP and ICSC.

As a Principal of the firm and Director of Architecture for the past nine years, Joyce oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of CLC’s Architecture Team as well as being involved in key client projects for the firm. Joyce’s emphasis on creating successful, long standing relationships is the key to her 26 years of success within the architectural and development community. With an eye to the future, she led the firm’s first group of full service LEED projects and actively promotes sustainability and green design features in the projects with the Clients.

Joyce is familiar with all project phases from due diligence assessment of a development and its scope, to the identification of a critical path timeline, key components of the governing documents regulating the project development and the codes affecting the building design. Joyce works with the Clients to understand their program and goals and then organizes a team and a plan that responds with creative solutions to those key concerns and timeframes.

Joyce is involved in a variety of trade groups including AIA, USGBC and ULI. She takes a very active role in developing new business relationships. Her efforts have increased the firm’s market share of architectural services in Colorado and throughout the west.

Depth of experience and strong client relationships are reasons why Susan makes an exceptional leader. As Manager of the Spokane office, she facilitates work generated for the Northwest region. Susan has made client satisfaction her top priority; she works closely with clients to understand and match a project’s needs with staff expertise to ensure a successful conclusion for the client.

With over 17 years of experience in the commercial design field, Susan is known for her thorough problem solving, budget control and client management. She has been instrumental in expanding CLC’s reach beyond Spokane and northern Idaho into Western Washington and the Tri-Cities area.

Susan is active in the local community through Greater Spokane Inc. and the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce.

Brad has been designing and managing projects in the land development industry for more than 25 years. Through his many years of experience, Brad has developed the talent to effectively articulate a vision and carry it through to the end. Enhancing this talent is Brad's ability to successfully manage multiple teams and projects. Throughout his career, Brad has brought owners, design professionals, municipalities and contractors together to work through issues from project conception to successful completion. Having grown up in the Phoenix metro area, Brad has a great knowledge of the region and culture and is active in the local design community.

Eighteen years in the land development industry have given Troy the unique ability to facilitate controversial public hearings and entitle difficult, large-scale projects. Over his career, Troy has overseen the planning and entitlement approvals for more than five million square feet of retail space as well as 2,000 subdivision lots and multi-family units.

Troy’s experience includes the facilitation, design and approvals for a variety of projects and clients including private developers, tenants and governmental entities.  An active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Troy has served as 2010 Utah Chapter Past-President, 2009 Utah Chapter President, 2008 Utah Chapter President Elect 2008 and Chapter VP of Education and Licensure in 2007. Troy is also active in ICSC where he serves as the NexGen Committee Chair for Utah, Idaho, & Montana.

With 22 years in the land development industry, Matthew oversees and facilitates project management and project engineering administration for a wide variety of commercial real estate projects including national, regional and local roll-out programs throughout the Western United States.

Matthew has a diverse and extensive knowledge of the planning, architectural and engineering process through his work as a professional engineer on more than 400 commercial projects. With a highly responsive, proactive approach to client management, Matthew is a consummate team player who works to understand client needs at the outset. He is known for his proactive communication skills, quality design product and a responsive attitude toward his clients.

Matthew is active in local and national industry-related organizations including ASCE, ICSC, NAIOP and ULI.
