ARCHITECT

CLC’s Phoenix office is seeking a talented, creative, hardworking team player to join our Architecture Department. This individual will prepare and coordinate documents including, but not limited to, conceptual design, material selection, entitlements, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for a variety of projects. 

We’re looking for a candidate who is strong in, and willing to do drawing production.   Must also have a solid understanding of how buildings go together and the willingness to produce. An accredited Architecture Degree and three to five years of architectural experience in retail/commercial architecture, entitlements and development processing is required.  Knowledge of architectural detailing and current construction standards is also required.  Exposure to current codes and regulations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems is a must. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of the master planning process, strong graphic design skills, photo rendering and publication/presentation software, and an understanding of site planning layout are desired.    Revit, LEED and/or Sustainable Design experience is a plus.
